Old Rectory Resale Shop
The Old Rectory Resale Shop provides a retail outlet for the residents of Pontiac where they can purchase a variety of high quality household items and clothing at very affordable prices. The Resale Shop, adjacent to the church building, is open on Friday from 10-4, Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm, and on one Sunday a month from 12:00pm to 1:00 pm.
The Resale operations are run by rotating five teams of volunteers consisting of a manager, cashier, and two sales & bagging positions. Thursday restocking operations require volunteers to sort, label, and price merchandise that are replenished in display locations in the Women’s, Men’s, Children’s, Clearance, Kitchen, and “Tchotchke” rooms of the Old Rectory. In addition to volunteers from All Saints', parishioners from Christ Church Cranbrook, Advent Episcopal Church and Sylvan Lake Lutheran Church, and the Multicultural Family Center in Pontiac also volunteer. |
